Our Story
We live at Botany Bay, in the heart of the National Forest, close to Lullington, Rosliston and Linton. In my early years I farmed with my family at Drayton Bassett, near Tamworth. That is where I learned all about the basics of beekeeping. The bees used to pollinate our crops like Oil Seed Rape and field beans. So now, being somewhat older I have started to keep bees again. I have built up the apiary to a dozen or so hives now. I hope to produce enough honey to keep my local customers happy.
Our English weather can make producing honey a bit unpredictable. I am glad to be able to call upon a very local beekeeper and friend Symyon to help out with supplies if they run short !
